These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Referral Program for Dervla Trainor Voiceover Education products ("Program"). By joining the Program, you agree to comply with the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from participating in the Program.

ENROLLMENT IN THE PROGRAM
To become an referrer, you must register to gain access to the Program. We reserve the right to approve or reject any referrer at our discretion.

REFERRAL LINKS & MARKETING
Once approved, you will be provided with unique referral links that track sales generated through your promotions. You may use these links to promote Dervla Trainor Voiceover Education products through various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and email. You agree to use only the referral links and promotional materials provided by us, and to ensure that all promotional content accurately represents our products.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE
As a referrer, you will earn a 20% commission on sales generated through your custom referral link. Commissions will be paid on a quarterly basis, with payouts occurring on January 1, April 1, July 2, and November 1. Please note that payment schedules are subject to change at our discretion, but any changes will be communicated in advance.

NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES
Please note that commissions will be paid based on confirmed sales, and refunds or cancellations by customers will be deducted from your commission if applicable. All sales are considered final and non-refundable under our standard refund policy.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The referrer agrees to keep any non-public information about the Program, the company, and it's members confidential. This includes commission rates, internal business strategies, and any non-public marketing materials provided to the referrer.

MODIFICATIONS
The Program reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Referrers will be notified of the changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued participation in the program after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

MARKETING AND PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS
Referrers may not engage in false, misleading, or unethical marketing practices. Referrers are prohibited from bidding on branded terms or using Dervla Trainor Voiceover Education's name in paid advertising campaigns without prior written consent. Referrers must also comply with all relevant advertising laws and guidelines, including those related to online privacy, email marketing, and consumer protection.

TERMINATION OF REFERRER STATUS
Either party may terminate the agreement to participate in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. In the event of termination, any earned but unpaid commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule, provided that the sale is not refunded or canceled. Upon termination, the referrer must stop using their discount codes and promotional links.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Dervla Trainor Voiceover Education makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the potential income or sales you may generate through the Referral Program. You are responsible for your own promotional efforts and are not an employee of Dervla Trainor Voiceover Education. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred as a result of your participation in the Program.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to referrers via email or through the referral portal. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS
By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in your jurisdiction related to marketing, advertising, and promotion of the products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with any local, state, provincial, national, or international laws governing endorsements, testimonials, data protection and privacy, consumer protection, and advertising practices. You further agree not to engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, and to ensure that all communications made in connection with the Referral Program are truthful, transparent, and in full compliance with the legal requirements of your location.

Failure to adhere to these laws and regulations may result in immediate disqualification from the Referral Program and potential legal consequences. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these requirements.

Further, this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Referrers may not promote the Program or products in connection with content that is offensive, illegal, or otherwise harmful, including but not limited to content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights or violates laws.

INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Dervla Trainor Voiceover Education Referral Program, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dervla Trainor Voiceover Education and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Program, including but not limited to any misuse, unauthorized use, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
You further acknowledge and agree that Dervla Trainor Voiceover Education is not responsible for any actions or omissions on your part or by those you refer, including misuse of referral links or violations of marketing laws. Participation in the Program is solely at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage resulting from misuse by any party.

By participating in the Dervla Trainor Voiceover Education Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
