Dervla Trainor
Dervla is a seasoned voice actor with over 11 years of experience, lending her voice to top brands like Pepsi, Nike, PayPal, Facebook, and Microsoft (to name a small few!).
But her industry insight goes beyond the booth. In 2018, she founded V.O. North, Canada’s leading voiceover conference, which ran successfully until 2022. She went on to launch the VO Kickstart Program in 2023, helping aspiring voice actors build confident, profitable careers. In 2024, she introduced the Voiceover Speaker Series, a free annual event that brings together top industry experts for four days of insight and inspiration.
With a background in producing, casting, and as an agent, Dervla brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to her work. She’s deeply committed to supporting the next generation of voice talent and continues to be a passionate advocate for the voiceover community.
