Dervla is a seasoned voice actor with over a decade of experience. Not only has she lent her voice to major brands like Pepsi, PayPal, Nike, Mercedes Benz, Facebook, Samsung, and Microsoft, but she also boasts a diverse background that enriches her understanding of the industry.

In 2018, Dervla founded V.O. North, Canada's premier annual voiceover conference, leaving an indelible mark until 2022. Building on this success, she launched the VO Kickstart Program in 2023. This comprehensive program is designed to empower aspiring voiceover artists to launch their careers with confidence and clarity.

More recently, in Spring 2024, she launched the Voiceover Speaker Series, a free, bi-annual, 4-day virtual event featuring exclusive conversations with voiceover industry experts.

Beyond voice acting, Dervla has garnered valuable experience in TV and commercial production as both a producer and production manager. Her earlier career in the music industry, booking and negotiating tours & live shows for artists, further adds to her multifaceted expertise. This diverse background gives her a unique and well-rounded insight into the entertainment & media industry, equipping her with the knowledge of what it truly takes to succeed.
